Job Purpose:
To be the liaison between the Colleagues on the plant floor and the Production Leader. Ensuring that communications are open and honest and a two-way process – which will assist building Team Work and Engagement. To support the Production Team in delivering an ever-improving customer service experience to our clients through the quality of our work. To work with the colleagues to ensure they are working to the correct procedures in regard to Health & Safety, machinery and productivity.

- To ensure that the company’s vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Elis Health and Safety Policy, national legislative requirements and the safety and wellbeing of your team.
- Record productivity by task and/or machine by hour and feedback results to operators and Production Leader.
- Report machine failings to Engineering Team.
- Give feedback on Work Performance; good and opportunities, on all colleagues to Production Leader to discuss further with colleagues.
- Discuss any concerns you may have regarding colleagues to the Production Leader, ie, reduced productivity, change in behaviour, etc.
- Attend Daily Production Meeting and support Production Leader in delivery of meeting.
- Coach colleagues on correct flow of work and use of machinery to improve productivity.
- Coach colleagues on clean as you go and good housekeeping.
