Our talent development program ‘Laundry Academy’ shines a spotlight on and offers development opportunities to those who go above and beyond in their daily role. The program has various levels and is designed to equip employees with the necessary behaviours, skills and knowledge to take the next step in their career with Elis.

Being part of the Elis Laundry Academy program helped me to see the business as a whole, to meet a lot of new people from all different sites and levels of the business. It helped me to move in my career from being a driver to a supervisor and finally to a transport manager, and all this in just under a year. I plan to take the next level of the program to improve my skills and grow in my career, with the goal of becoming a successful senior manager at my company.
