Our commitment to young people
Today, Elis is making a commitment to young people and doing all it can to meet their expectations in terms of employment.
Together with our partner schools, we are launching initiatives to recruit tomorrow’s talent today.
From internships to work-study courses or even a first job, recruiting the next generation is a core commitment.
Internships at Elis
You can choose to undertake your internship either at a centre or with our support functions.
At every step of your training pathway, you will receive support, gain experience and discover our business lines along with our commitments.
Your internship can act as a direct line into the company.
Work-study at Elis
We give you the opportunity to undertake your work-study course within our various business line families. This is a particularly popular way to recruit the best profiles. You will have genuine responsibilities for the length of your apprenticeship or professionalisation contract.

Management Trainee Programm
Elis offers a two-year corporate immersion programme on completion of your studies, which lets you explore different experiences.
The Management Trainee Program runs over two years and consists of:
- a one-month immersion period so you can understand our organisation and how we run our operations;
- management of three successive projects, each lasting around six months, in France and at least one of our subsidiaries in Europe;
- six months of managerial immersion.
