Our commitment to The Menopause Workplace Pledge is championed by Elis UK CEO, Mark Franklin:

The health and wellbeing of our employees at Elis is our primary objective and as such we have signed The Menopause Workplace Pledge.
As the Elis UK Menopause sponsor, I am keen to raise the profile of this subject in our business and want to ensure that we build an inclusive environment for all our employees, where menopausal symptoms can be understood, and the true talent of our team members recognised.”
Menopause affects everyone differently, some symptoms may last for several years and can include anxiety, reduced concentration, sleep disturbance, hot flushes, and heavy periods – all of which can be both physically and emotionally distressing, that’s why we have pledged to:
- Actively support and inform employees affected by menopause
- Recognise that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and employees need support
- Talk openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
