We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join us based at our Basingstoke site. You will provide comprehensive support for the Marketing Department and be the first point of contact for all marketing requests for our ICS, Healthcare and Hospitality commercial organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Log all marketing requests on the internal system, responding to requests and questions if able and escalating as required.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports and weekly listings of new tasks. 
  • Manage the creation of content, process and print. Content includes documents and presentations.
  • Take ownership of marketing print and merchandise portal.
  • Provide campaign support and assistance with events.
  • Coordinate the production of the internal newsletter regularly.
  • Work with artwork suppliers to create and amend content and artwork.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus and the ability to think from the customers perspective.
  • Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Ability to organise self and others to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience working in a Marketing Department and/or Administration is desirable.

Remuneration

Up to £23,000 per annum.
