Workwear designed with the wearer in mind

Designed with the wearer and the environment in mind, Motion R is made from 65% recycled polyester and features stretch inserts under the sleeve to support an enhanced range of motion that offers wearers flexibility, without compromising on sustainability.

Motion R garments are cleverly designed to be easily adjustable, helping your employees feel comfortable when they are on the move.

Subtle straps at the back of jackets can be used to adjust the width of the waist, allowing for a more fitted or looser fit depending on wearer preference. Additionally, sleeve cuffs on jackets and coveralls can be adjusted or easily altered by the wearer to help facilitate the motion required for different movements or activities within their workday.

Workwear designed with the environment in mind

Each Motion R garment comprises a mix of 35% cotton and 65% recycled polyester. The recycled polyester is made from post-consumer plastic bottles, which requires 40% less energy, 20% water and 30% less emissions to produce than virgin polyester.

By recycling plastic bottles, we’re proud to have launched a more sustainable workwear option that supports the circular economy, while also benefiting from our sleek, custom uniform design.

Using our professional managed laundry service reduces the risk of items ending up in landfill and not being recycled. At Elis we repair items where appropriate, and currently reuse or recycle 77% of all garments at the end of their lifecycle. Our focus on circular services ensures a better solution for the environment, for your carbon footprint and your CSR credentials.

Motion R is made from a lightweight but durable fabric, and includes features such as stretch fabric in arm holes, reinforced fabric at the knees and bottom of the trousers, and plastic fasteners on the cuffs that won’t cause irritation. In addition, design details such as large pockets for various user accessories – such as notebooks, pens and mobile phones – ensure maximum practicality.

    All our workwear is carefully designed to ensure it is fit for purpose. Fabrics and garments are tested in our lab, as well as undergoing repeated washing and drying cycles in our industrial laundries to ensure they will retain the same high quality throughout their lifecycle.

    We will work with you to assess your requirements, measure your employees to ensure garments are a perfect fit, and agree the frequency of the service. We can also provide lockers for individual employees as part of our managed garment service, with separate compartments for clean and soiled items.

    Our RFiD tracking system helps to ensure better stock control, and we can supply workwear for new starters as needed, with no need for you to invest in additional items. All customers also have 24/7 access to an online portal, allowing you to check on stock levels and delivery quantities, process additional item requests and manage delivery schedules and payments with ease.
