Saint-Cloud, March 10, 2021 – Elis, the international multi-service provider for cleanroom, workwear, hygiene and facility services solutions, today announces the acquisition of 100% of Scaldis, one of the European leaders in the Cleanroom market. 

Scaldis currently operates 2 sites: the main site in Péruwelz in Belgium and a secondary site near Lyon in France. Two-thirds of the activity is dedicated to Cleanroom and the remaining third traditional workwear rental and cleaning. We welcome an exchange of ideas and expertise with their addition to the cleanroom group.

By adding Scaldis to the Elis Cleanroom organisation it strengthens our presence in Belgium and at the same time enhances our supply chain of reusable, launderable cleanroom products.
